Oh man, I love Critiquing.

Pretty picture we have here, no one can deny that. Amy's long hair (along with the flower) adds to the beauty... a lovely background to go with it.

That's pretty much the picture, Amy looking beautiful and with a tear in her eye... for what ever reason (Well... you did make this when you were bored. xD ) with pretty starry background. It's not much but Its still likable.

So, if I have to give the flaws of this picture, I want to say how emotionless Amy's eyes kinda look. Unsure if that was on purpose, if so excuse me, but it feels likes weird to me. If not on purpose add some shine to it~! Next the hands, they also look weird, but I can't talk because I can't draw hands either, but I'm putting that out there because It's true.

And this won't count on your rating but, the shading style looks unfitting with the background. I would prefer if the background was more horizontal than vertical, but that's me. Oh and that one star close to the right is drifting out.
